Orders are to be processed within approximately five business days (allow 10 days during ‘Snob Sales’) provided the items being purchased are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification/shipping address. After processing, please allow 6-8 days for delivery.
Pretty Little Snob does not offer same day shipping and orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on the next business day (Monday). In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend for you to use the same address for both your shipping and billing address. Otherwise, your order could be subjected for verification and may be delayed.
Once your packaged order is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help to resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
At Pretty Little Snob all sales are final. If we fail to meet your expectations upon the arrival of your order or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please, contact us immediately. Our contact information is located below and also on your receipt. Please note that we will handle all exchanges on a case by case basis and should one be granted it will be solely at our company’s discretion.
We will reserve the right to request for pictures , in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/defective items or wrong items sent. We are not responsible for return shipping costs if the package is returned due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if customer refused to accept the package. Store credit of the returned items will be issued and we will reserve the right to deduct any related return fee imposed by the shipping carrier.
We will be fully responsible if a wrong item was mailed to the customer; return shipping cost will be reimbursed or a return label will be provided (see below for return procedure for details). Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender.We do not accept items back that are in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: shampoo/perfume smell, plucked/bleached roots or knots, or, any disturbance of the curl or wave pattern) will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made.
