SHIPPING

Orders are to be processed within four business days (allow 7 days during ‘Snob Sales’) provided the items being purchased are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification/shipping address. After processing, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Pretty Little Snob does not offer same day shipping and orders will not be processed on weekends and/or holidays. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend for you to use the same address for both your shipping and billing address. Otherwise, your order could be subjected to verification and may be delayed. Once your packaged order is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point.

In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help to resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.

Please Note: In recognition of the Lunar New Year (Spring Festival), shipping may be delayed from January 21st to February 20th. The Spring Festival is technically 15 days long. This is a Holiday that is recognized by all of our vendors and traditionally, they like to spend that time with their families and can only go out after the 5th day of the Spring Festival. It’s a national Holiday. The large majority of warehouses and manufacturers are closed during this time, so, plan accordingly with your orders.
