At Pretty Little Snob all sales are final. If we fail to meet your expectations upon the arrival of your order or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please, contact us immediately. Please note that we will handle all exchanges on a case by case basis and should one be granted it will be solely at our company’s discretion.

We will reserve the right to request pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/defective items or wrong items sent.We are not responsible for return shipping costs if the package is returned due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if customer refused to accept the package. Store credit of the returned items will be issued and we will reserve the right to deduct any related return fee imposed by the shipping carrier.We will be fully responsible if a wrong item was mailed to the customer; return shipping cost will be reimbursed or a return label will be provided.

Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items returned to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender.

We do not accept items back that are in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product that show signs of usage (ie: shampoo/perfume smell, plucked/bleached roots or knots, or, any disturbance of the curl or wave pattern) will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made.
