CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your order, please do so within five (calendar) days of the purchase date found on your receipt. After five (calendar) days your order goes to the ‘fulfilled’ status and any requests for cancellation may not be guaranteed at that point. We do NOT accept cancellations via email or messages (due to the response time required and possibility of miscommunication).

Cancellation of an order must be confirmed and verified by calling us directly at: 1-855-462-7662, anytime between Monday - Friday (9:00am - 4:00pm MST) OR by emailing us at: cancellations@prettylittlesnob.com to request a callback from one of our representatives. A restocking fee may be imposed. Sale items cannot be canceled.
